Chef Suchanan Aksornnan (Chef Bao Bao) is a Chiang Rai–born, NYC-trained chef and a Chopped Champion. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, she’s worked with Michelin-starred chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Daniel Boulud, served as a celebrity personal chef, and founded BAARAMEE catering company. Formerly the owner of Baoburg in Brooklyn, she was named one of Zagat’s “30 Under 30,” featured as one of Thrillist’s “Most Badass Female Chefs in NYC,” and appeared on the cover of Food & Wine Magazine. Her TV appearances include Knife Fight, Beat Bobby Flay, and Chopped Legend on Food Network.
